Very nice take on the image of Medusa. What I like best about her are the details in her snake tail and the skeletal snakes that make up her hair. The snake-hair was not apparent until I checked the full-view, but the effect is great. A little bit of a chill comes over me, especially seeing those insect-like appendages on her lower half.
This work, to me, appears to be composed of three different styles: a meticulous style for the tail, a smooth style for the upper body, and a rough style for the snake-hair. There is a bit of blending where they meet, but it seems like a collaboration between three minds fighting over the paintbrush.

In short, a very good job. Scary, but good.
